Chilli Willie Mechanical is growing and looking for a top-notch HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. This is steady, year-round work with great pay, health insurance, and a company that values your time and skill.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Service and repair HVAC/R systems (residential and light commercial)
• Diagnose issues and communicate clearly with customers
• Deliver clean, reliable work you can be proud of
• Represent the company with professionalism and follow-through

What You Bring

• 3+ years of HVAC/R experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a clean, organized approach
• A strong work ethic and pride in doing it right the first time

What You’ll Get

• $38–$45/hour depending on experience
• Health insurance
• Year-round work — no seasonal layoffs
• $3,000 sign-on bonus (paid $1,000 at 1 month, $1,000 at 3 months, $1,000 at 6 months)
• $500 referral bonus if you send us someone we hire
